Abstract:   (637 Views)
The use of growth promoting bacteria (PGPR) is one of the solutions to reduce drought stress that is used in agriculture. In order to evaluate the effect of biofertilizers and sulfur application on reducing the effects of insufficient irrigation, an experiment was conducted in the form of Split-split plots in the form of a randomized complete block design with 3 replications in Khuzestan Agriculture and Natural Resources Research and Training Center in the crop year 2020-2021. Irrigation regime as the main factor in three levels (100, 75 and 50% of water requirement according to FAO) and inoculation with biological fertilizer in four levels (inoculation with Thiobacillus, Pseudomonas and Thiobacillus + Pseudomonas and no inoculation as a control) in Crete. Sub-fertilizers and sulfur fertilizer levels at two levels (0 and 50 kg/ha) were used as sub-sub plot. The studied traits included plant height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, weight of 1000 seeds, seed yield, biological yield, harvest index and oil percentage. The effect of low irrigation, biofertilizers and sulfur for the traits of the number of main pods, number of seeds per pod, seed yield, biological yield and harvest index were significant and for the traits of plant height, weight of 1000 seeds and oil percentage, the highest number of pods was obtained. main in the plant (71), number of seeds in khorjin (18.67), weight of 1000 seeds (1.364 g), seed yield (1929 kg/ha), biological yield (4846 kg/ha) and harvest index (11/ 42) At the irrigation level of 100% of water requirement and the application of 50 kg/ha of sulfur and the combined application of Thiobacillus + Pseudomonas bacteria, this increase was achieved by 21.6, 39.3, 55, 28.8 and 42%, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the nutritional effect of the combined use of sulfur, Thiobacillus and Pseudomonas has improved the morphological and agricultural characteristics of Camelina through positive effects on the absorption of nutrients and stimulation of growth hormones.
