Note: Respected authors should note that after preparing the article in accordance with the following guidelines, they must complete and upload two forms of ethical commitment by the authors and conflicts of interest with the authors.
Priority issues of the journal for review and publication can be summarized as follows:
- Results of scientific research and achievements in the fields of crop physiology
- Eco physiology
- Environmental stress
- Water-soil-plant relationship
Article preparation guide
Getting guide instruction for authors in the form of a file is very necessary as there is no mention in the following text.
Crop Physiology Journal, in fields of agriculture such as crop physiology, agro physiology, Eco physiology, environmental stresses, crop production, botany, accepted the research articles (if does not previously published or simultaneously submitted in another journals) for evaluation and printing according priority.
Writing method:
All pages of the article must be written in one column. All scientific names must be written in italics form and should not be used Latin words in text. Abbreviations can be written in Latin and Italic.
The number of pages should not exceed 15 pages. Articles must be typed by Word office software in size of A4 (21×29cm), with 2.5cm margins on each side, insert page number in the bottom of page and middle with 1.5cm line spacing.
Prepare Persian and English text by B Nazanin and Times New Roman font type, respectively in 12 font size.
Each research article should contain an identification sheet, title, Persian abstract, Keywords in Persian, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment, references, English abstract and keywords in English and the keep following principles.
Sheet identification information:
The paper should include the author's first and last name, academic rank and address in Farsi and English language, telephone, fax, e-mail, and mention source of paper (Research plane or MSc., PhD Thesis).
Note:
¢ If multiple sources are used from a writer, the order of presentation in references is accordance with the year of publication from old to new.
¢ Received papers will not be sent.
¢ The journal is allowed to reject, modify or edit an article.
¢ Align the scientific term and the specific names along the article.
¢ The Author (s) responsible for the content of the papers.
For send the paper you must do according following steps:
¢ Fill out the registration form and login to the site with a dedicated username.
¢ Get a custom code for each article and determine the article identification.
¢ Fill the submission form and related information.
¢ Check the article in the personal page and add attachments file.
¢ Final approval of the article to begin its review.
The Journal of peer review process
In the Crop Physiology Journal, each article is reviewed by 2 to 3 experts on the subject. The process of reviewing articles is confidential and the name of the reviewers is unknown for the author(s) and vice versa.
Referees enter the review process system after receiving the article link (via email, directly or through the journal website) by using their username and password.
For online reviewing do according the following comments:
¢ After logging into the journal system and opening the personal page, click on the referee icon and then new articles.
¢ In this case, the submitted article will be visible for the reviewer, and then by clicking on the article code who can select accept or reject the reviewing process.
¢ After accepted by clicking on the article code paper will be available (a direct link will be sent to the email simultaneously).
The following options are visible in the reviewing page:
Related files: Download original article file.
Article evaluation form: After reviewing the article, the overall opinion of the referee will be recorded in this section and comments should be added if necessary.
Description of referee for editor/author(s): After reviewing process referees add comments (if required) in the dialogue box (Markup).
File Submission: If you submit comments and refereeing suggestions in the original file of the article, you will need to upload and submit the new file in this section.
Final Referee viewpoint: One of the acceptable options, overall review, partial review, I cannot review, is selected and then click on option “send reviewing result for editor”.
Point 1: The referee should be kept all information in the articles confidential.
Point 2: It is essential that respect referees avoid accepting the review of articles that are of beneficiaries in them.
