fa ارزیابی برخی صفات مهم زراعی و فیزیولوژیک در ارقام جو در شرایط دیم Evaluation of some Important Agronomic and Physiological Traits in Barley Cultivars in Rain Fed Conditions فیزیولوژی گیاهان زراعی Crop Physiology كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">شناسایی صفاتی که مـی تواننـد در برنامه های اصلاحی بهبـود عملکرد جو در شرایط دیم مورد توجه قرار گیرند، شانس موفقیت در برنامه های اصلاحی را افزایش داده و امکان برنامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ریزی در جهت انتخاب صفات موثر در بهبود عملکرد را فراهم خواهد نمود. دراین تحقیق به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین عملکرد و صفات مهم زراعی جو در ارقام ایرانی و اروپایی در شرایط دیم و آزمایشگاه، تعداد20 رقم جو ایرانی و 24 رقم جو اروپایی در قالب طرح آماری بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه ی تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه رازی در سال 94-1393 کشت شدند. تجزیه همبستگی مشخص نمود که عملکرد دانه با عملکرد بیولوژیک، تعداد پنجه بارور در متر مربع، ارتفاع گیاه، عملکرد کاه، شاخص برداشت و وزن هکتولیتر همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار داشت. صفت راندمان مالت سازی با صفات عرض دانه، طول ریشک، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هکتولیتر، دوره پر شدن دانه، سرعت پر شدن دانه و روز تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک دارای همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری بود. تجزیه مسیر نشان داد که بیش‌ترین اثر مستقیم بر عملکرد متعلق به صفت تعداد پنجه بارور در متر مربع بود. سرعت پرشدن دانه دارای بیش‌ترین اثر مستقیم و مثبت بر وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد کاه، بیش‌ترین اثر مثبت مستقیم بر عملکرد بیولوژیک را داشت. به کمک تجزیه به عاملها، ده عامل شناسایی شد که مهم‌ترین آن ها عوامل فنولوژیک مؤثر بر هدف، خصوصیات سنبله و برگ پرچم بود و در مجموع 78/03درصد از تنوع کل داده ها را توجیه می‌کرد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل، برای تولید ژنوتیپ های جو با عملکـرد دانـه بـالا در شـرایط دیم، پیشنهاد می شود گیاهانی با تعداد بیش تر پنجه بارور در واحد سطح، عملکرد بیولوژیک بیش تر، طول دوره زایشی کوتاه تر و ارتفاع بلندتر انتخاب شوند.</span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><strong> Identifying the traits that can be considered in breeding programs for improving barley yield under rain fed conditions will increase the chance of success in breeding programs and will allow for planning to select effective traits for improving yield. In this research, in order to investigate the relationship between the yield and the important agronomic traits of barley under rain fed and laboratory conditions, in Iranian and European cultivars, 20 cultivars of Iranian barely and 24 cultivars of European barely were cultivated in a randomized complete blocks design with three replications at the experimental farm of the Agricultural Faculty of Razi University during 2014-15. Correlation analysis revealed that grain yield had positive and significant correlation with biological yield, number of fertile tiller per square meter, plant height, straw yield, harvest index and hector liter weight.</strong> <strong>The malt efficiency trait was positively and significantly correlated with grain width, rake length, one-thousand grain weight, number of seeds per spike, hectoliter weight, grain filling period, grain filling rate and day to physiological maturity traits. The path analysis showed that the most direct effect on yield was belonged to the number of fertile tillers per square meter.  Grain filling speed had the most direct and positive effects on one-thousand seed weight and straw yield, had the most direct positive effect on biological yield. Ten factors were identified by factor analysis, the most important of which were the phonological factors affecting the target, the characteristics of the spike and flag leaf, and in total 78.33 percent of the total variation of the data was justified. According to the obtained results, in order to produce barley genotypes with high grain yield in rain fed conditions, it is proposed that plants with more fertile tiller numbers per unit area, higher biological yield, shorter phonological time and taller be selected.</strong></span></span></div> تجزیه مسیر, تجزیه به عامل‌ها , تجزیه همبستگی و عملکرد دانه.
