fa بررسی اثر تراکم بوته بر روند رشد دانه ژنوتیپ‌های جو (Hordeum Vulgare L.) در شرایط دیم فیزیولوژی گیاهان زراعی Crop Physiology پژوهشي Research به منظور بررسی اثرات تراکم بذر بر روند رشد دانه ژنوتیپ‌های جو، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با استفاده از سه ژنوتیپ جو (ایذه، دو پر محلی و wi2291) و پنج تراکم بذر (100 ، 200 ، 300 ، 400 و 500 دانه در متر مربع) در سال زراعی 86- 1385 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی خرم‌آباد اجرا گردید. برای برآورد مؤلفه‌های رشد دانه، پس از گرده‌افشانی طی هشت مرحله نمونه‌برداری با فواصل زمانی پنج روزه، وزن خشک تک دانه اندازه‌گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که وزن سنبله با تعداد سنبله در متر مربع (**82/0- =r) و سرعت پر شدن با مدت پر شدن دانه (**78/0- =r) همبستگی منفی و بسیار معنی‌دار داشتند. همبستگی بین سرعت پر شدن دانه و عملکرد دانه منفی و بسیار معنی‌دار (**44/0- =r) و همبستگی بین مدت پر شدن دانه و عملکرد دانه غیر معنی‌دار بود. عملکرد دانه با عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، وزن هکتولیتر و تعداد سنبله در متر مربع همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار و با سرعت پر شدن دانه همبستگی منفی و معنی‌دار داشت. روند تغییرات وزن خشک تک دانه هر سه ژنوتیپ جو نشان داد که بیش‌ترین وزن خشک تک دانه مربوط به تراکم 100 دانه در متر مربع و کم‌ترین وزن تک دانه ژنوتیپ یاد شده مربوط به تراکم 400 دانه در مترمربع بود. سرعت پر شدن دانه ژنوتیپ‌ها بین 213/1 تا 333/1 میلی‌گرم بر روز و به ازاء تراکم‌های مختلف بذر بین 321/1 تا 161/1 میلی‌گرم بر روز و برای اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ و تراکم بین 070/1 تا 620/1 میلی‌گرم بر روز متغیر بود. مدت پر شدن دانه ژنوتیپ‌ها بین 72/33 تا 72/38 روز و برای تراکم‌های مختلف بذر بین 70/32 تا 94/39 روز و برای اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ و تراکم بین 20/29 تا 38/45 روز در نوسان بود. به نظر می‌رسد در مناطق با شرایط آب و هوایی همراه با تنش‌های خشکی آخر فصل، استفاده از ارقام با سرعت پر شدن بیش‌تر دانه ارجحیت دارد. In order to investigate the effects of seed density on grain filling process of barley genotypes, a factorial experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design by using three genotypes of barley (Ezeh, Dopar Mahali and wi2291) and five seed densities (100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 grain m2) during cropping year 2006–2007 in agricultural research station of KhorrmAbad. To estimate grain growth factors, after pollination during eight samples taken at intervals of five days, the dry weight of one grain was measured. The results showed that the spike weight with number of spike m-2 (r= -0.82**) and filling rate with duration of grain filling (r= -0.78**) had a highly significant and negative correlation. The correlation between grain filling rate and grain yield was negative and highly significant (r= -0.44**) and non-significant correlation between the duration of grain filling and grain yield. Grain yield with biological yield, harvest index, hectoliter weight and spike number m2 had significant and positive correlation and significant and negative correlation with grain filling rate. Changes trend of single grain dry weight of the three genotypes of barley showed the highest dry weight of one grain was related to density 100 grain m2 and the minimum weight of the single grain of the mentioned genotype was related to density 400 grain m2. Seed genotypes filling rate between 1.213 to 1.333 mg per day and the different seed densities between 1.321 to 1.161 mg per day and for interaction between genotype and density between 1.070 to 1.620 mg per day ranged. Genotypes grain filling period between 33.72 to 38.72 days and for different seed densities between 32.70 to 39.94 days and for the interaction between genotype and density between 29.20 to 45.38 days ranged. It seems that in areas with climates with the final drought season stress, using varieties with higher grain filling rate are preferred. جو, دیم, مدت پر شدن دانه, همبستگی.
