fa بررسی تحمل به کم آبی والدین و هیبریدهای ذرت با استفاده صفات اگروفیزیولوژیک Study of water deficit tolerance of corn parents and hybrids under normal and deficit irrigation conditions basis agrphysiological traits تنشهای محیطی Abiotic Stresses پژوهشي Research خوزستان به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین استان‌های تولیدکننده ذرت کشور فاقد ارقام اصلاح‌شده سازگار با شرایط بسیار گرم و خشک است. بررسی مورفولوژیکی ژرم&rlm;پلاسم اولین قدم جهت توصیف و گروه&rlm;بندی ژنوتیپ&rlm;ها می&rlm;باشد. در این آزمایش، شش لاین و هیبریدهای یک&rlm;طرفه آن&rlm;ها بهمراه شاهد SC704 در دو شرایط آبیاری نرمال و کم آبیاری بصورت طرح بلوک&rlm;های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در تابستان سال 1398 در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی صفیآباد دزفول مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تنوع قابل ملاحظه&rlm;ای میان لاین&rlm;ها و هیبریدها از نظر کلیه صفات فنولوژیکی، مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی مورد بررسی نشان داد. در تجزیه به عامل&rlm;ها با در نظر گرفتن مقادیر ویژه بزرگ‌تر از یک، در شرایط آبیاری نرمال دو عامل اول و در شرایط کم آبیاری سه عامل اول به ترتیب 4/69 و 1/80 درصد از واریانس بین صفات را تبیین کردند. نتایج تجزیه کلاستر برای گروه‌بندی ژنوتیپ&rlm;ها در هر دو شرایط و برش دندروگرام حاصل به روش Ward با استفاده از داده‌های استاندارد و فاصله اقلیدسی باعث ایجاد سه گروه شد. براساس تجزیه&rlm;های چند متغیره و بهترین شاخص&rlm;های تحمل به تنش (MP، GMP، STI و HA) در این پژوهش، لاین&rlm;های C4-95-2، C4-95-6 و C4-95-23 در بین 6 لاین مورد بررسی و هیبریدهای C4-95-2× C4-95-23، C4-95-2× C5-95-6 و C4-95-6×C4-95-23 بعنوان بهترین ژنوتیپ&rlm;ها در هر دو شرایط بوده و باعث افزایش میزان رشد، تولید عملکرد بیشتر و تحمل به کم آبی می&rlm;باشند. 3 لاین C5-95-4، C5-95-12 و C6-95-5 در هر دو شرایط ضعیف عمل کرده و حساس به کم آبی می&rlm;باشند. لاین&rlm;های منتخب پایه&rlm;های مناسبی برای تلاقی و دورگ&rlm;گیری بوده و بهترین هیبریدها نیز مناسب برای کشت در شرایط مورد بررسی می&rlm;باشند.   Khuzestan, as one of the most important corn producing provinces in the country, lacks improved varieties adapted to very hot and dry conditions. Morphological examination of germplasm is the first step in describing and grouping genotypes. In this experiment, six lines and their one-way hybrids with the SC704 control were evaluated under two conditions of normal and deficit irrigation in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the summer of 2019 at the Safiabad Agricultural Research and Education Center of Dezful. The results showed considerable variation among lines and hybrids. The results showed a significant variation among lines and hybrids in terms of all phenological, morphological and physiological traits studied. In factor analysis, considering eigenvalues greater than one, in normal irrigation conditions the first two factors and in deficit irrigation conditions the first three factors explained 69.4 and 80.1 percent of the variance between traits, respectively. The results of cluster analysis for grouping genotypes in both conditions and cutting the resulting dendrogram by Ward's method using standard data and Euclidean distance resulted in the creation of three groups. Based on multivariate analyses and the best stress tolerance indices (MP, GMP, STI and HA) in this study, lines C4-95-2, C4-95-6 and C4-95-23 were among the 6 lines studied and hybrids C4-95-2× C4-95-23, C4-95-2× C5-95-6 and C4-95-6×C4-95-23 were the best genotypes in both conditions and increased growth rate, higher yield and tolerance to water deficit. 3 lines C5-95-4, C5-95-12 and C6-95-5 performed poorly in both conditions and were sensitive to water deficit.
