fa ارزیابی جمعیت های اصلاحی گندم نان (Triticum aestivum L.) بر اساس صفات زراعی و فنولوژیک Evaluation of breeding populations of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) based on agronomic and phenological traits تنشهای محیطی Abiotic Stresses پژوهشي Research به منظور ارزیابی و گروه&lrm;بندی تعداد 585 لاین گندم نان نسل F6  حاصل از سه جمعیت مختلف بر اساس عملکرد دانه و خصوصیات مهم زراعی، به همراه والدین آن&lrm;ها (مرودشت، بک کراس زمستانه روشن، سیستان، رسول و MV-17) و رقم خارجی کرایچف (Krichauff) بهعنوان شاهد، آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح آگمنت بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در دانشگاه رازی در سال زراعی 99-1398 اجرا گردید. تجزیه واریانس شاهدها نشان داد که در جمعیت اول (بک کراس زمستانه روشن <a name="_Hlk172971330">×</a> MV-17) اختلاف بسیار معنیداری از نظر صفات ارتفاع بوته و وزن هزار دانه بین لاین&rlm;ها وجود دارد. لاینهای جمعیت دوم (مرودشت <a name="_Hlk172971379">×</a> رسول) و جمعیت سوم (بک کراس زمستانه روشن × سیستان) نیز از نظر صفات ارتفاع بوته، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه با هم اختلاف بسیار معنیداری داشتند. عملکرد دانه دارای همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار با ارتفاع بوته و روز تا سنبلهدهی در جمعیت اول، همبستگی مثبت بسیار معنیدار با روز تا سنبلهدهی و همجنین همبستگی منفی بسیار معنیدار با روز تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک در جمعیت سوم بود. تجزیه خوشهای، لاینهای جمعیت اول، دوم و سوم را هر کدام در سه گروه قرار داد. در مجموع، از جمعیت اول تعداد پنج لاین، از جمعیت دوم تعداد هشت لاین و از جمعیت سوم تعداد سه لاین بهعنوان لاینهای برتر انتخاب شدند و میتوان در برنامههای اصلاحی جهت معرفی رقم مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. In order to evaluate and group 585 F6 bread wheat lines from three different populations based on grain yield and important agronomic traits, along with their parents (Marvdasht, Winter backcross of Roshan, Sistan, Rasoul and MV-17) and the foreign cultivar Krichauff as a control, an experiment using an augmented design based on randomized complete block was conducted at Razi University in the 2019-2020 croping year. Analysis of variance of the controls showed that in the first population (Winter backcross of Roshan × MV-17) there was a highly significant difference in terms of plant height and Thousand grain weight between the lines. The lines of the second population (Marvdasht × Rasoul) and the third population (Winter backcross of Roshan × Sistan) also had highly significant differences in terms of plant height, Thousand grain weight, and grain yield. Grain yield had a positive and significant correlation with plant height and days to spike in the first population, a highly significant positive correlation with days to heading, and a highly significant negative correlation with days to physiological maturity in the third population. Cluster analysis placed the lines of the first, second, and third populations into three groups each.
