fa امکان سنجی کشت ژنوتیپ های Thymus تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف تنش کمبود آب در شرایط آب و هوایی سنندج Feisibility study on planting Thymus Genotypes as affected by different levels of water deficit stress in the climatic conditions of Sanandaj اکوفیزیولوژی Ecophysiology پژوهشي Research چکیده <a name="_Hlk150972101">با توجه به کمبود آب در بخش کشاورزی ، مدیریت مصرف آب جهت توسعه کشت ضروری است. یکی از گیاهان</a>  مهم که امروزه سطح زیر کشت آن در ایران در حال افزایش است ،ژنوتیپ های مختلف Thymus می باشد که عملکرد کمی و کیفی آن عمدتاً تحت تأثیر کم‌آبی قرار می‌گیرد. به منظور بررسی تأثیر تنش کمبود آب بر شاخص های زراعی و فیزیولوژیکی ژنوتیپ های مختلفThymus ، آزمایشی به صورت کرت‌های یک بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی و آموزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سنندج طی سال‌های زراعی 1396-97 و 98-1397 اجرا شد. تنش کمبود آب به عنوان عامل اصلی در پنج سطح شامل: 100% ظرفیت زراعی یا آبیاری کامل (به عنوان شاهد)، 80% ظرفیت زراعی (کم آبی نسبتاً ملایم)، 60% ظرفیت زراعی (کم آبی ملایم)، 40% ظرفیت زراعی (کم آبی نسبتاً شدید) و 20% ظرفیت زراعی (کم آبی شدید) و ژنوتیپ های Thymus  به عنوان عامل فرعی شامل: دنایی (Thymus daenensis)، شیرازی (Zataria multiflora)، کرمانی (Thymus carmanicus) و باغی (Thymus vulgaris) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه‌های آماری آزمایش نشان داد که تنش کمبود آب<a> </a><a class="msocomanchor" href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" language="JavaScript" name="_msoanchor_1" on="">mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag="">mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')">[WU1]</illegal></a>  و تفاوت بین <a>گونه</a> اثر معنی‌دار بر <a class="msocomanchor" href="#_msocom_2" id="_anchor_2" language="JavaScript" name="_msoanchor_2" on="">mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_2')" on<illegal tag="">mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_2','_com_2')">[WU2]</illegal></a> صفات رشدی، عملکرد سرشاخه، انباشت پرولین و محتوی تیمول داشتند. با افزایش شدت کمبود آب ارتفاع بوته، قطر تاج پوشش و عملکرد سرشاخه گلدار کاهش و محتوی اسانس، تیمول، کارواکرول، پرولین و قندهای محلول افزایش یافت. با توجه به یافته‌های آزمایش، ترکیب تیماری گونه باغی همراه با تنش کم آبی ملایم (ظرفیت زراعی 60 درصد) با عملکرد سرشاخه 1377 کیلوگرم در هکتار و 34/1 درصد اسانس به عنوان رویکردی کاربردی برای بهینه ‌سازی تولید اینگیاه قابل‌توصیه است.   <div> <hr align="left" class="msocomoff" size="1" width="33%" > <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on="">mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_1')" on<illegal tag="">mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_1','_com_1')"><a name="_msocom_1"></a> <a class="msocomoff" href="#_msoanchor_1">[WU1]</a>کمبود آب</illegal></div> </div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_2" language="JavaScript" on="">mouseout="msoCommentHide('_com_2')" on<illegal tag="">mouseover="msoCommentShow('_anchor_2','_com_2')"><a name="_msocom_2"></a> <a class="msocomoff" href="#_msoanchor_2">[WU2]</a>تفاوت بین گونه ها اصطلاح مناسب تری است</illegal></div> </div> </div> Abstract Given the shortage of water in the agricultural sector, it is essential to manage water consumption to improve cultivation. One of the important plants whose cultivated area is increasing in Iran is various genotypes of Thymus, with considering qualitative and quantitative performance which is primarily affected by water defecit stress. To investigate the effect of water defecit stress on agronomic and physiological traits of different Thymus genotypes, a split-plot experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications at the research farm of Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch, Iran, during the cropping seasons of 2017- as the main factor at five levels, including: 100% of field 2018 and 2018-2019. water defecit stress was investigated capacity or full irrigation (as a control), 80% of field capacity (relatively mild water defict), 60% of field capacity (mild water deficit), 40% of field capacity (relatively severe water deficit) and 20% of field capacity (severe water deficit), and Thymus genotypes was evaluated as sub-factor at four levels, comprising Thymus daenensis, Zataria multiflora, Thymus carmanic and Thymus vulgaris. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that both water defecit  stress and differences among genotypes had a significant effect on growth parameters, branch yield, proline accumulation, and thymol content. As water defecit stress increased, plant height, canopy diameter, and branch yield decreased, while the concentrations of essential oil, thymol, carvacrol, proline and soluble sugar increased.
