fa اثر تراکم گیاهی بر ویژگی‌های فیزیولوژیکی، مرفولوژیکی و زایشی ارقام پنبه در مرحله گلدهی به زراعی Crop Improvment پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش طی سال‌های زراعی 97-1396 و 98-1397 به‌منظور بررسی اثر تراکم گیاهی روی ویژگی‌های مرفولوژیکی، الگوی گل‌دهی، تشکیل غوزه و عملکرد وش ارقام جدید پنبه در منطقه ورامین ایران انجام شد. در این تحقیق پنج رقم پنبه شامل ورامین، شیرپان 603، کوکر 100، </span></span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">NO200</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SP731</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در سه تراکم گیاهی با استفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح</span></span></span></b><b> </b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه تعداد گل و تاریخ گل‌دهی به مدت 11 هفته</span></span></span></b><b> </b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">(10 تیر تا 24 شهریور) شمارش شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد تفاوت بین ارقام برای ارتفاع بوته، تعداد گره، تعداد گل، تعداد غوزه و عملکرد وش و الیاف در سطح 1 درصد معنی‌دار است. هم&shy;چنین نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنی‌داری بین سال‌های اجرای طرح برای صفات ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غوزه و عملکرد وش و الیاف در سطح 1 درصد وجود دارد. میانگین ارتفاع بوته در سال‌های اول و دوم&nbsp; به‌‌ترتیب 2/93 و 9/119، میانگین تعداد غوزه در بوته به‌ترتیب 9/15 و 4/11 و عملکرد وش به ترتیب 5242 و&nbsp; 4050 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. در این مطالعه ارقام از نظر تعداد روز از کاشت تا گلدهی، تعداد روز از گلدهی تا برداشت و زودرسی تفاوت معنی</span></span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&lrm;</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">داری نداشتند. بررسی روند گل‌دهی در 11 هفته نشان داد که اوج گل‌دهی برای هر دو سال اجرای پژوهش هفته یازدهم پس از کاشت با میانگین 8/41 و 6/44 گل در بوته بوده است. بیش‌ترین غوزه‌ها برای سال</span></span></span></b><b> </b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">اول&nbsp; از گل‌های هفته یازدهم و برای سال دوم&nbsp; از گل‌های هفته دهم تولید شدند. درجه روز رشد تجمعی در طول دوره رشد رویشی و زایشی برای دو سال اجرای آزمایش تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت. به طوری‌که در پایان هفته هفدهم پس از کاشت (هفته آخر گل‌دهی) درجه روز رشد تجمعی در سال‌های اول و دوم به ترتیب 9/1734 و 5/1245 بوده است که می‌تواند یکی از دلایل اصلی کاهش تعداد غوزه و عملکرد وش و الیاف در سال دوم باشد.</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre> <strong>This research was carried in cropping years 2017-18 and 2018-19 to study the effect of plant density on morphological traits, flowering pattern, boll production</strong> <strong>and seed cotton yield of new cotton cultivars in Varamin region of Iran.</strong> <strong>In this research, five cotton cultivars including Varamin, Shirpan603, Cocker100, NO200 and SP731 in three plant densities were evaluated using a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications.</strong> <strong>In this study, the number of flowers and flowering date in cultivars for 11 weeks (1 July to 15 September) were counted. The results of analysis of variance showed that the differences between cultivars were significant for plant height, number of nodes, number of flowers, number of bolls and fiber and seed cotton yield at 1% level.</strong> <strong>The results also showed that there is a significant difference between the years of project implementation for plant height, number of bolls and fiber and seed cotton yield at the level of 1%.</strong> <strong>The mean of plant height for the first and second years were 93.2 and 119.9 cm and the average number of bolls per plant were 15.9 and 11.41 and the seed cotton yield were 5242 and 4050 kg/ha, respectively.</strong> <strong>In this study cultivars did not differ significantly in terms of number of days from planting to flowering, number of days from flowering to harvest and early ripening.</strong> <strong>Investigation of flowering process in 11 weeks showed that the peak of flowering for both years of research was the eleventh week after planting with an average of 41.8 and 44.6 flowers per plant.</strong> <strong>Most of the bolls were produced from the flowers of the eleventh week for first year and from the flowers of the tenth week for second year.</strong> <strong>The cumulative growing degree days during the vegetative and reproductive growth period for two years of experiment was significantly different.</strong>&nbsp; <strong>So that at the end of the seventeenth week after planting (last week of flowering) the cumulative growing degree days in the first and second years was 1734.9 and 1245.5, respectively, Which can be one of the important reasons in reducing the number of bolls and fiber and seed cotton yield in the second year.</strong></pre> پنبه, تراکم, درجه‌روز‌ رشد, عملکرد وش, گلدهی Cotton, density, Growing Degree Days, seed cotton yield, flowering. 5 20 http://cpj.ahvaz.iau.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1507-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Abotaleb Azizi ابوطالب عزیزی motahar_aziz@yahoo.com 1229668357 100319475328460010550 No Science and Research branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. واحد علوم و تحقیقات، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، تهران، ایران.
