fa اثر تاریخ و عمق کشت بر صفات زراعی ارقام سیب‌زمینی (Solanum tuberosum L.) در کشت‌های پاییزه و بهاره فیزیولوژی گیاهان زراعی Crop Physiology كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;به‌منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ و عمق کشت غده بر برخی صفات زراعی ارقام سیب‌زمینی در کشت‌های پاییزه و بهاره، آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل بر پایه‌ی طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی اردبیل در طی دو سال زراعی 1396 و 1397 اجرا شد. تاریخ کشت به‌عنوان فاکتور اصلی در سه سطح (10 آبان، 10 آذر و 10 اردیبهشت) و ترکیب چهار رقم سیب‌زمینی (اسپریت، مارفونا، ساوالان و آگریا) و چهار عمق کشت (10، 15، 20 و 25 سانتی‌متر) به‌عنوان فاکتور فرعی در نظر گرفته شد. نتیجه صفات مورد بررسی نشان داد ارتفاع هر چهار رقم به‌طور میانگین 68 سانتیمتر در تاریخ کاشت آذرماه معنی‌دار بوده و در بالاترین ارتفاع بوته قرار گرفتند. بیشترین میانگین تعداد ساقه اصلی (4 ساقه) در طی دو سال در تاریخ کشت آبان ماه مشاهده شد. رقم ساوالان با 9 غده در بوته درکشت آبان ماه در عمق 10 و 15 سانتی‌متر دارای بیشترین تعداد بود. در تاریخ کشت 10 اردیبهشت، رقم مارفونا در چهار عمق کشت بیشترین وزن غده (به‌طور میانگین با 675 گرم) در بوته را داشت. تک ساقه‌ای در بوته‌ها صفت مطلوبی نیست. در رقم مارفونا درکشت آبان ماه سه عدد بود و در بوته‌های تک ساقه‌ای در کشت آذرماه کمتر از کشت آبان و اردیبهشت بود. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب در تاریخ کاشت آبان و آذرماه در عمق‌های 10،15 و 25 در رقم اسپریت مشاهده شد. بیشترین عملکرد غده در تاریخ کاشت اردیبهشت نسبت به دو تاریخ کاشت آبان و آذر بود. رقم مارفونا در هر چهار عمق کشت در تاریخ کشت اردیبهشت‌ماه به ترتیب 86/35، 39/32، 45/27 و 02/25 تن در هکتار شد. درنهایت می‌توان نتیجه گرفت، کشت پاییزه سیب</span></span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">&shy;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینی بخصوص در مناطقی که از کمبود آب دارند، مناسب است. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب در کشت پاییزه در عمق‌های 10،15 و 25 سانتی&shy;متر، مربوط به رقم اسپریت بود.</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span></span></strong> <strong>In order to investigate the effect of effect of date and depth of tuber cultivation on some agronomic traits of potato cultivars in autumn and spring cultivations, a split factorial experiment was carried out based on randomized complete blocks design with three replications in Ardabil Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station during the two cropping year 2017-2018. Planting date as the main-factor at three levels (10 Novomber, 10 December and 10 May) and a combination of four potato cultivars (Esprite, Marfona, Savalan and Agria) and four planting depths (10,15,20 and 25 centimeters) as a sub-factor was considered. The results of the investigated traits showed that the height of all four cultivars was significant on average 68 centimeters on the planting date of December and they were at the highest plant height.</strong> <strong>The highest average number of main stems (4 stems) during two years was observed in November planting date.</strong> <strong>Savalan cultivar with 9 tubers per plant had the highest number &nbsp;&nbsp;in November cultivation at a depth of 10 and 15 centimeters. On 10 May planting date, Marfona cultivar had the highest tuber weight (on average with 675 grams) per plant in four planting depths. Single stem in plants is not a desirable trait. In Marfona cultivar, it was three in November and in single-stemmed plants in December, it was less than in November and May.</strong> <strong>The highest water use efficiency was observed in the cultivar of Sprite in 10, 15 and 25 depths in November and December planting dates. The highest tuber yield was in planting date May compared to two planting dates November and December. The Marfona cultivar at four sowing depths in May planting date 35.86, 32.39, 27.45 and 25.02 ton per hectare, respectively. Finally, it can be concluded that autumn cultivation of potato is suitable, especially in areas with water shortages.
